Ingredients:
Water (about 2 liters)
1/4 of a Cabbage (roughly chopped)
Half large Onion
2 Garlic cloves
2 Carrots (peeled and sliced)
2 Potatoes (peeled and sliced)
A handful of Spinach
Salt (to taste)
1 tablespoon of Olive oil
This nutritious soup is perfect for any time of year, but it’s especially comforting on chilly days when you need something warm to boost your energy. Start by filling a large pot with water and adding all your prepped vegetables. Add the cabbage, onion, garlic, carrots, and potatoes. The exact amounts can be adjusted depending on your preference – if you like a thicker soup, feel free to use more potatoes or carrots; if you prefer a lighter broth, simply add more water.
