This is my Coconut Custard Tart with almonds, and it’s absolutely divine. 

Start by lining your baking pan with puff pastry.
Press it gently into the corners, and prick the bottom with a fork — this keeps the crust light and crisp while baking.

Now let’s make the filling — smooth, sweet, and full of coconut flavour.
In a bowl, add:
讀 4 whole eggs
拏 400 ml sweetened condensed milk
Then, use the same can to measure one can of regular milk — pour it in.
Finally, add 125 grams of shredded coconut.

Mix everything together until creamy and well combined.
Pour the mixture over the puff pastry base, spreading it evenly.

Now for the magic touch — sprinkle sliced almonds all over the top.
They’ll turn beautifully golden in the oven, adding a delicious crunch and nutty aroma.

Bake until the tart is golden and the custard is set, filling your kitchen with that sweet coconut and almond scent.

Once cooled, dust it lightly with powdered sugar — like a soft snow topping. ❄️
