Ingredients:
2 packs of rectangular biscuits/cookies
200 ml thickened cream
200 ml milk
1 sachet vanilla dessert mix powder
1 tbsp Port wine (optional)
Strong coffee (to taste, diluted in water)
Chocolate sauce (for topping)
Crushed biscuits (for decoration)
Instructions:
- Whip the cream, milk, vanilla dessert mix, and Port wine until thick and creamy.
- Quickly dip the biscuits in the coffee.
- Line a box or loaf tin with aluminum foil.
- Place 3 rows of biscuits (one in the center, two on the sides, leaving a 2–3 cm gap).
- Spread the cream on top of each row.
- Repeat layers of coffee-dipped biscuits and cream until you reach the top.
- Close the foil into a long triangle shape.
- Pour chocolate sauce over the top.
- Crush a few biscuits and sprinkle them on top of the chocolate.
- Place in the freezer until firm.
- Slice and serve chilled.

Storage tip:
You can keep this dessert in the freezer for up to 2–3 weeks.
Make sure it’s well wrapped in foil (or placed inside a sealed container) to prevent ice crystals and avoid absorbing other freezer smells.
