Perfect for family dinners or Sunday roasts, this recipe is a crowd-pleaser! Juicy, flavorful chicken drumsticks marinated in beer, garlic, paprika, and Italian herbs, then baked to perfection with potatoes, peppers, and tomatoes. Don’t skip the marinade – that’s the secret!

🧂 Ingredients:

Chicken drumsticks
Salt to taste
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian herbs
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp chilli flakes (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup beer
4 medium potatoes (cut into chunks)
1 red bell pepper (sliced)
1 yellow bell pepper (sliced)
1 green bell pepper (sliced)
1 large onion (sliced)
1 cup mini roma tomatoes

Preparation Method :

  • Make a few deep cuts into the chicken drumsticks to help the marinade penetrate.
    In a bowl, mix salt, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian herbs, smoked paprika, chilli flakes, and olive oil. Add beer and stir well.
    Pour the marinade over the chicken and massage it in.
  • Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    In a baking tray, arrange marinated chicken drumsticks, potatoes, bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes.
    Pour any leftover marinade on top.
  • Wet a sheet of baking paper and place it over the tray to prevent burning.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) until golden and fully cooked (approx. 50–60 minutes).

Serve with rice or salad.
