Fold small squares of baking paper into little pouches and tie each corner with oven-safe string. Gently open the center and add your favourite veggies – I used green beans for this one. Place a salmon fillet on top, season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and a good drizzle of olive oil. Then bake in the oven until it’s tender and full of flavour.
This recipe is super simple, wholesome, and full of flavour. Like my dear grandmother used to say, “Simple food is always the best.”
