Portuguese Coconut Macaroons – Crispy Outside, Soft Inside!

These are Portuguese coconut macaroons! Just mix coconut, sugar, and eggs. Shape and bake until golden. Crispy outside, soft inside. Full recipe in the description. Don’t forget to subscribe for more homemade Portuguese recipes!

📝 Ingredients:
250g shredded coconut (desiccated or fresh)
200g sugar
4 whole eggs
Zest and juice of 1 lemon (optional, for a fresh touch)
🍴 Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 160°C
In a bowl, mix the shredded coconut and sugar.
Add the eggs and stir well until it forms a moist.
Add the lemon juice and zest
Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
Bake for 15/20 minutes, or until the tops are golden.
Let them cool completely before serving. They firm up as they cool.
