This orange cake is soft, moist, and bursting with citrus flavour — no oil, no butter, no guilt!

Made with yogurt and fresh orange juice, it’s perfect for a light treat or breakfast.
Ingredients :
2 medium oranges
4 eggs
1 plain yogurt (125 g or ½ cup – can be Greek )
¾ unrefined brown sugar (you can reduce to ½ cup for less sweetness)
1 cup whole wheat flour (or ½ whole wheat + ½ all-purpose)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
How to Make This Cake:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a cake tin.
In a blender, add the oranges, eggs, brown sugar, and yogurt. Blend it until light and fluffy.
In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla extract
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
(Optional) While still warm, drizzle with a bit more pure orange juice for extra moisture.
