Today I’ll show you how to make a simple and delicious olive focaccia!
In just a few steps, you’ll have soft, golden homemade bread that’s full of flavour.
Start by mixing 500 grams of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 packet of dry yeast.
Add 300 ml of warm water gradually and then 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Knead until soft and elastic.
Let the dough rise for one hour.
Spread it on an oiled tray and let the dough rise for about 30 minutes.
Poke holes, drizzle with olive oil, add olives, rosemary, and a sprinkle of salt.
Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes… and enjoy!
