Orange and Ricotta Tart 🍊

This one is always delicious, and the flavour of orange, coconut and ricotta is a huge hit, with a delicious and irresistible flavour.
Its texture is phenomenal!

Ingredients:
🍊1 puff pastry base
🍊250g sugar
🍊5 eggs
🍊zest of an orange
🍊juice of an orange
🍊500g of ricotta
🍊60g cornstarch
🍊60 g softened butter
🍊Grated coconut.

Preparation:

🍊Preheat the oven to 180°.
🍊Place the puff pastry on a baking tray and prick the base with a fork. Reserve in the refrigerator.
🍊Beat the eggs with the sugar.
🍊Add all the other ingredients and beat,
🍊Place the mixture over the puff pastry and bake for about 35 minutes.
🍊When it’s golden, it’s ready. Remove from the oven and let cool.
