
Ingredients: 2 carrots 2 onions 3 cloves of garlic 3 large potatoes 200g spinach leaves olive oil and salt q.s.
Preparation: Peel and cut the onions into wedges and chop the garlic. SautĆ© them in olive oil for 5 minutes. Keep stirring constantly. Add the chopped carrots and chopped potatoes. Cover with boiling water, season with salt and cover the pan. Let it cook for 20 minutes, over slow heat. Pass very well, with a blender, until it is very creamy. Arrange and wash the spinach leaves and add to the cream. Adjust the salt and add a drizzle of olive oil. Let it boil for 5 minutes and enjoy! š«¶
