Hearty Spoon

🥕 

- Ingredients:
4 eggs
3 chopped carrots
1 cup oil
2 cups of sugar 
3 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 orange zest and juice

Margarine and flour for greasing cake pan

- Preparation method:
In a blender, beat the eggs, carrots, oil and sugar at medium speed. Transfer to a bowl, add the flour and baking powder and mix with a spoon.
Add the orange zest and juice

Pour the dough into a greased and floured cake pan and mix some chocolate pieces. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
For the topping, icing sugar.
